| Environmental and Land Use Considerations for Real Estate Transactions The Environmental and Land Use Law Section and the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section of The Florida Bar will present a day long program focusing on the environmental and land use considerations pertinent to large real estate transactions. The program will help real estate practitioners identify latent environmental and land use legal issues that may impact real estate transactions. Speakers will utilize a detailed hypothetical to teach the subject matter.
Timely land use law topics include comprehensive planning and impact fee requirements in the paradigm of recently-enacted Senate Bill 360, zoning issues, and developments of regional impact. Environmental law topics include due diligence and NPDES Permitting.
