Family Law Ethics - A View from the Bench
Get a direct from-the-bench understanding of how ethical issues faced by family lawyers are viewed by the judiciary. The judicial panel will discuss the conduct of attorneys, clients, and witnesses and will also provide their respective ethical “pet peeves”. The roundtable panel discussion will include suggestions for how attorneys should incorporate and employ the "Bounds of Advocacy" in daily practice.
